Welcome to Wazirz! Please carefully read these Terms & Conditions before using our FASTag recharge platform.

USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Wazirz. By accessing or using our FASTag recharge services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

References to "you", "User" shall mean the person accessing the Website and using the FASTag recharge services.

"Service Providers" mean FASTag issuing banks, payment processors, and other third-party service providers.

"we", "us", "Wazirz" and "our" shall mean Wazirz FASTag Recharge Platform.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Wazirz provides an online platform for recharging FASTags issued by various banks and financial institutions. We act as an intermediary between you and the FASTag issuing banks. The actual FASTag service is provided by your selected bank, not by Wazirz.

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • The FASTag is issued and managed by your selected bank
  • Wazirz facilitates the recharge transaction only
  • Terms and conditions of your FASTag issuing bank also apply
  • We process transactions in real-time through secure payment gateways

2. USER ELIGIBILITY

To use our FASTag recharge services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid FASTag issued by a supported bank
  • Provide accurate vehicle registration information
  • Have a valid payment method
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. RECHARGE PROCESS AND PAYMENT

3.1 Transaction Processing:

  • All recharge amounts are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Minimum recharge amount is ₹100
  • Maximum recharge amount varies by bank (typically ₹10,000)
  • Transactions are subject to verification by your FASTag bank

3.2 Payment Terms:

  • Payment must be completed at the time of recharge
  • We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking
  • All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways
  • Transaction fees, if any, will be clearly displayed before payment

3.3 Transaction Confirmation:

  • You will receive a transaction confirmation on successful recharge
  • Recharge reflects in your FASTag account as per bank processing time
  • Keep your order ID for reference and customer support

4. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Failed Transactions:

If a transaction fails due to technical issues or bank rejection, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4.2 Duplicate Transactions:

In case of duplicate debits for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days after verification.

4.3 Successful Transactions:

Once a recharge is successfully processed and credited to your FASTag account, it cannot be cancelled or refunded as per NETC and bank policies.

4.4 Wrong Recharge:

If you recharge the wrong vehicle number or bank, we cannot process a refund. Please verify all details carefully before confirming payment.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information including vehicle registration number
  • Verify all details before completing a transaction
  • Keep your payment information secure and confidential
  • Not use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Not attempt to manipulate or interfere with platform functionality
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Contact your FASTag issuing bank for FASTag-specific issues

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Wazirz acts solely as a facilitator for FASTag recharge transactions. We are not liable for:

  • Issues with your FASTag account or its usage at toll plazas
  • Delays in crediting due to bank processing times
  • FASTag deactivation, blacklisting, or technical issues
  • Incorrect vehicle number or bank selection by the user
  • Loss or damage arising from use of our services
  • Third-party service provider failures or errors
  • Internet connectivity or technical issues on user's end

Our maximum liability is limited to the transaction amount for any specific recharge.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Wazirz platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wazirz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

9. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services
  • Update transaction fees or processing charges with prior notice
  • Add or remove supported banks and payment methods
  • Implement new features or remove existing ones

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for money laundering or fraudulent activities
  • Attempt to breach security or access unauthorized areas
  • Use automated tools or bots to access our services
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our platform
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Upload malicious code or viruses

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For any disputes or issues:

  • First contact our customer support team
  • We will attempt to resolve issues within 7-10 business days
  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in accordance with Indian law
  • Jurisdiction will be courts in [Your City/State]

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State].
